Very brief entry as on holiday. Disappointment last week with a poor showing, capped by the sole added twitter bet of Kaymer win only at 6s going down in a play off.

Kirk Triplett about 28s is the e/w headline selection of the week in the Seniors event at Pebble Beach, a venue he has multiple wins at. Max Kieffer is the pick at 15/8 top 20 as cover bet in Europe, where 66/1 for in form David Horsey, a win and a third in his last four events,  gets a small e/w interest. My only plays in the Tour Championship are a win bet on McIlroy, and an e/w on Patrick Reed at 40/1, 5 places with Skybet. I lost count of how many putts Reid had from under a foot last week. If a few drop this time around he should be in the mix.

EDIT. I have left the web.com event, a strange week to have the tournament in the middle of finals weeks. Could be a chance for a real outsider to relax and deliver. Kizzire again 35/1 e/w for anyone who must. Comes off that mc last week but has won earlier this year having missed a cut the previous week.

And Azahara Munoz of Spain, only 13/2 but with event form figures of 311 in the Ladies event, in a win singles - win double bet with Mcilroy, but in both cases minimum stakes.

Thanks to Stan James for going the 28/1 Triplett I was waiting for!

in the so called lesser events each week, the rush to get on at a price is usually fairly gentle, in thin markets it is often possible to wait for a day or so

Good luck if you play any of these. Apologies for such a short blog
